Quick PDF Tools is a free Windows utility built using Debenu’s Quick PDF Library for working with PDF files.
After installation, Quick PDF Tools is accessible from the context-menu in Windows Explorer. Simply right-click on a PDF and select the ‘Quick PDF Tools’ menu item to see a list of all the available features.
